Passenger In a Motor Vehicle / Bus
As a passenger you will nearly always be entitled to compensation for any injuires that you may have suffered. Remember that if the vechile your were travelling in was driven by someone close to you and you may be uncomftable about even thinking about claiming. However there is nothing to be embrassed/uncomftabel about. Just think of the situtaion logically. For example- If the car you were travelling in hit another vechile if the accident is reported and vechile repairs take place it will make no difference to the insurance premium if you claim or not. Confused call us and we will explain!!! If you have suffered injury its your LEGAL RIGHT to claim for compensation for any injuries sustained Remember That!
